Access to Tutor Diary

Non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Tutor Diary Web Application is granted to the user for the duration of the subscription period. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such restrictions.

User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for connecting to the internet and bears all hardware and telecommunication costs. The user is also responsible for installing any required software. Furthermore, the user is responsible for satisfying the technical requirements for the access to the web application which includes, without limitation, the hardware in use and the operating system software, the connection to the internet and the relevant browser software.

Account, Username and Password

When you purchase a product or subscribe to services of Tutor Diary, you may be provided with a Username and/or Password that will allow you to access your account page or web application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account and web application. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all individuals working within your entity also comply with this obligation. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or use of your username and/or password. In case of such abuse, Dedoc Software may block the access to the web application. Any personally identifiable information you may provide to Dedoc Software Ltd or Tutor Diary via this website is protected by our privacy policy and will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent.


The prices of the products offered for sale or subscription on this website are subject to the effective laws in force, in particular English Law. All product prices are displayed in UK sterling. For on-line payments the total amount due is charged to your credit or debit card in sterling. Dedoc Software Ltd will be allowed to modify product prices at any time. In case of the price changing whilst you place an order, the appropriate price will be the one listed for your product at the moment of your order.

Refund for Web Application

We will refund any unused portion of your annual subscription, providing that you give us 30 days notice. Following this, Dedoc Software will permanently remove your data from the Tutor Diary Web Application.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of the products that can be downloaded from the website and in order to avoid fraud risk, you admit and accept not using any return right concerning the software you have downloaded or have started to download. Part used annual licences are not refundable.


Dedoc Software reserves the rights to suspend any account (with corresponding data) without notice or refund if the user is using Tutor Diary Web Application to send or post any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, indecent, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive, profane, pornographic or violates any applicable law and you hereby indemnify Dedoc Software against any loss, liability, damage or expense of whatever nature which Dedoc Software or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website to send or post any such message or material.

Limitations of liability

In no event will Dedoc Software Ltd be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use or the results of the use of this website, web application or downloaded software, whether or not Dedoc Software Ltd has been advised of the possibilities of such damages. The accessing, downloading, usage or other acquisition of any materials through this website, web application or downloaded software is done at your own discretion and risk, and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, damages for loss of business profits, lost revenues, financial losses, business interruption, loss of business information, lost of data, or other pecuniary loss that results from the accessing, downloading or acquisition of any such materials.
